Our San Marzano Sauce

TJ’s scratch-made red sauce — sweet, slow-simmered tomatoes and herbs — in a ready-to-spread cup. Spooning and swirling is the kids’ favorite part.

Fresh-Grated Mozzarella

A bag of the real whole-milk mozzarella we melt every night. Sprinkle it edge to edge — extra in the middle is allowed.

Pepperoni & Toppings

Classic pepperoni to lay out one by one, plus a pinch of our house seasoning. Want to build your own? Add the toppings your family loves.

Our story

37 years on the beach — now in your kitchen

Since 1989, TJ’s Italian Café has been one block from the sand in Indian Rocks Beach, feeding generations of families the same scratch-made recipes. Kids who once stood on a step-stool to watch the dough get tossed now bring their own kids in for pizza night.

We named the kit after Ava — the youngest of our family — because the best part of this place was always the little hands helping in the kitchen.
